Dwayne McDuffie, an incredible talent, has passed away this past week. His fantastic work on Justice League Unlimited always made it one of my favorite shows. I was always excitedly awaiting the next episode! As a tribute to the life and works of Dwayne McDuffie, Project: Rooftop has announced an open call for redesigns of Virgil Hawkins, the electromagnetic meta-human hero known as Static. Projectrooftop is a site dedicated to seeing how fans and sometimes industry folk like myself, would redesign a character if given the chance. It’s a very fun site with some great work posted.
